The ‘Legalisation of Foreigners’ course is a practical training programme for those who wish to work professionally in the field of legalising the stay of foreigners in Poland, acquire up-to-date knowledge and learn how to manage clients’ cases independently.
The course will be delivered in a blended format and will combine:
• Online lectures via Zoom;
• Self-study of course materials;
• Practical case studies;
• Homework assignments;
• Analysis of real-life scenarios.
📚 Course format
Every Saturday from 11:00 to 13:00, participants will attend online meetings and lectures on Zoom. These will be live sessions with lecturers, during which participants will:
• examine theoretical material;
• analyse practical case studies;
• ask questions;
• receive explanations regarding complex procedures;
• discuss homework assignments and practical scenarios.
From Monday to Friday, participants will receive study materials in the group for self-study. These materials must be studied before the Saturday session in order to participate effectively in the practical discussions.

• examples of how to complete applications;
• additional teaching materials;
• homework assignments;
• practical case studies for independent resolution;
• analysis of real-life situations from legalisation practice.
All complex issues and practical tasks will be discussed in detail during Saturday Zoom meetings.

During the course, participants will examine in detail:
• the Aliens Act;
• work permits;
• applying for a residence permit on the basis of employment;
• family reunification;
• legalisation on the basis of ‘other circumstances’;
• residence permits for entrepreneurs (JDG);
• legalisation on the basis of study;
• the EU residence card;
• permanent residence;
• the procedure for obtaining citizenship;
• the specifics of working with clients and managing cases.
💼 A separate section of the course will be dedicated to starting a career after completing your studies.
During the final lecture, participants will receive information on:
• setting up their own business;
• running an unregistered business;
• working independently after completing the course;
• developing their own services in the field of legalisation;
• finding clients and setting service prices.
📲 In addition, participants will receive support from blogger and social activist Ms Olena Dekhtiar regarding:
• managing social media;
• personal branding;
• promoting their services;
• communicating with clients;
• selling legalisation services.
