1. The Regulations define the conditions and procedure for making contributions - donations to the Dom Tam Gdzie Ty Foundation with its registered office in Warsaw, 98/1 Chmielna Street, 00-801 Warsaw, registered in the register of entrepreneurs of the Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego przez Sąd Rejonowy dla m. st. Warszawy in Warsaw, XII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego under the number KRS: 0001072885, NIP: 5252983074, REGON: 527094355 (hereinafter - the Foundation), via the website www.dom-ty.pl.
2. Charitable contributions will be used for the statutory purposes of the Foundation.
3. Charitable contributions may be made by an adult individual, legal entity or organisation without legal entity status, hereinafter referred to as the Donor.
4. Charitable contributions can be made 24 hours a day.
5. Charitable contributions through www.dom-ty.pl are safe, as they are processed through the Paynow Payment Integrator service.
6. The Paynow service allows you to make payments in the form of charitable contributions to the Foundation by redirecting you to the website for payment.
7. Charitable contributions can be made using one of the following payment methods available through the Paynow service, namely - Online transfer - Payment cards - BLIK

9. The Foundation processes personal data of individuals in accordance with applicable law, in particular Polish law and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, RODO). At the same time, the Foundation assures that the Donors' personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of processing charitable contributions. Using the online payment is tantamount to consenting to the processing of personal data for the purpose of making this payment.
10. The Donor has the right, in the cases and in accordance with the principles set forth in the aforementioned Personal Data Protection Law, to request the completion, updating, correction, temporary or permanent processing or deletion of his/her personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, false or collected in violation of the law or is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and has the right to submit a written request to terminate the processing of his/her personal data.
11. The Foundation does not process or transfer to other persons data on Donors and charitable contributions made by them without their knowledge and consent.
12. Information about the processing of your personal data by the Foundation is available in the privacy policy.
13. The Foundation reserves the right to amend these rules at any time for important reasons.
14. Changes are binding on users from the moment they are published on the website.
15. In matters not regulated by these Rules, the relevant provisions of the law shall apply. Disputes shall be considered by the court of competent jurisdiction.
